Research Engineers at SciPhi tackle ambiguous, cutting-edge problems. Much of your time will be spent prototyping new approaches to AI retrieval, building advanced ML models, and finding novel ways to combine them with our R2R system.

Infrastructure Engineers build and maintain the robust platform that powers R2R. You’ll be working with distributed systems, container orchestration, databases, caches, and everything else that keeps our system secure, scalable, and efficient.

- Designing a distributed retrieval pipeline that can handle billions of text chunks with sub-100ms latency.
- Building out new caching layers or microservices to reduce cost and improve reliability.
- Staring at esoteric performance traces to optimize throughput for ingestion workflows.
